By accessing or using GoodTrans, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
GoodTrans provides AI document translation with credit-based billing, asynchronous workflow execution, terminology-aware translation, editable Markdown/TXT delivery, and quality reports.
GoodTrans focuses on translation quality and editable delivery. It does not currently provide DOCX export, PDF export, or perfect source-layout reconstruction.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and email information so task results and service notices can be delivered.
You retain ownership of documents, text, terminology, and files you submit. By submitting content, you grant GoodTrans permission to process it for translation, quality checks, storage, and delivery.
You must only upload content you are authorized to process. Do not upload illegal content or content that violates the rights of others.
GoodTrans uses credits for translation usage. Latin text may be counted by words and CJK text by characters according to the current product rules. Minimum charges may apply per task.
Paid credit purchases are processed by the configured payment provider. Credits are granted after successful checkout. If a translation task fails after credits are consumed, GoodTrans may automatically compensate the consumed credits according to current product behavior.
Unless required by law or explicitly stated, purchases are final and non-refundable.
Completed tasks may generate Markdown translation, plain text translation, and a quality report. Delivery links may be sent by email and shown on the task status page.
You are responsible for reviewing the delivered translation before publication or business use.

GoodTrans provides AI-assisted translation. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. For high-stakes use, you should arrange appropriate human review.
GoodTrans is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to provide reliable translation and delivery, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, or suitability for every use case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoodTrans shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GoodTrans after changes means you accept the updated terms.
